Days 4 - Nights 3

 

Day 1: Arrival in Leh and Acclimatization

Arrive at Leh Airport and transfer to your hotel. Since Leh is situated at over 11,000 feet, you’ll need the day to acclimatize to the altitude. Take it slow, rest in your hotel, and later in the evening, if you’re feeling well, you can visit Shanti Stupa or stroll through Leh Market. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 2: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

After an early breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley through Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. The drive offers stunning mountain views and a thrilling high-altitude experience. Upon reaching Nubra, visit the Diskit Monastery and explore the sand dunes at Hunder, where you can enjoy a camel ride on the double-humped Bactrian camels. Overnight stay in Hunder or Diskit.

Day 3: Nubra Valley to Leh via Same Route

In the morning, after breakfast, you can visit the hot springs at Panamik (optional) or explore local villages if time permits. Begin your return drive to Leh via Khardung La. On the way back, stop for photos and enjoy the scenic drive. Reach Leh by late afternoon and check in at your hotel. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 4: Departure from Leh

After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your return flight with beautiful memories of Ladakh and Nubra Valley.
